Design
We will generate a full set of construction drawings (blue
prints), reflecting the proposed work. The drawings will include
views of the existing conditions, the new (proposed) design,
elevations, plumbing, electrical and lighting, engineering,
and Title 24 (when required).
The design is always driven by your needs and budget. We will
assist you not only in choosing color and finishes, but also
in selecting the specialized (adaptive) products that best
fit your particular needs.
We’ll provide you — and others as necessary —
with final copies of the blue prints.

Consulting
We regularly offer consulting services to insurance carriers,
the medical and legal professions, as well as to individuals.
Services include surveying existing home or office space and
providing opinions on its accessibility for a severely injured
patient or client; making recommendations for specific modifications;
preparing budgetary estimates; and providing detail written
reports.
Showrooms
Our showrooms will let you experience the beauty, functionality,
and possibilities of our designs, and the range of specialized
products that are available. Several full-size displays showcase
model kitchens and baths, so that you can experience the comfort
and convenience of universal design for yourself. Showrooms
are fully accessible, with easy access and plenty of parking.
Construction
Because we are a full-service, design/build firm, we will
expertly complete your project with our own, well-trained
construction crews. They not only understand the technical
details necessary to build your project, but are also sensitive
to individual needs, offering a positive experience in the
building process.
Alternatively, we may refer you to other recommended construction
experts in your area.
Expert
Testimony
There are times when mediation, arbitration, or litigation
is necessary in order to resolve disputes over how best to
provide accessibility to the home or office after a major,
disabling injury.
A qualified representative of our firm can assist in this
circumstance, providing expert witness work and/or testimony.
The scope of this work may include evaluation of current conditions;
recommendations for necessary modifications; design and plans;
budgetary estimates for a completed project; and assistance
with preparation of life-care plans. |
