Since 1992 we have offered full construction services for all of our projects. Combining our qualifications as Licensed General Contractors and Design Professionals we have been very successful in assuring that our projects all complete on time, within budget and as promised & have 100’s of Client references who will attest to this fact. We are in good standing with the Contractor’s License Board, have no complaints with the Better Business Bureau and an A+ Rating with the Contractors Surety Board.
A very unique part of our offering is that we include a day by day work schedule for the entire project & tie weekly progress payments to staying on schedule. If we fall a week behind schedule no payment is required until we are back on schedule and we state this in writing in our agreements. (See clause in italics immediately below).
"Should a delay of a week or more occur in the progress of the work so as to prevent work occurring during that given week, resulting in the delay of the project, the weekly payment will not be required until work resumes. When the project is once again on schedule or if the project advances to a week ahead of schedule, Owner will be required to accelerate the weekly payment."
A second unique aspect in working with us is that we include a one page Survey during the project to give our Clients the opportunity to share with us how we are doing and allow us to make any adjustments if necessary and a final survey at the completion of the project to see how we actually did. By being pro-active and enquiring during and at the completion of each project, we are able to assure that we are meeting our Clients needs.
Our projects are left broom clean every day throughout the entire schedule and we also include a Complete Janitorial Service at the conclusion of the project. By including this we leave the entire work area “maid clean” which enables our Clients to move back in without the need for any cleaning before doing so.
By combining our own multiple skilled employees with a regular base of well established subcontractors (on an as needed basis) we are able to complete all levels of projects regardless of the complexity. Our crews are well trained on installation of the specialized equipment that we offer.
We have a varied portfolio of our completed projects to share with all our new Clients that show excellent examples of completed plans and projects.
While the majority of our installed projects have occurred in the San Francisco Bay area regions we will also consider working out of the area and even out of state when requested.
