Our Pressalit Care shower chairs are extremely versatile with adjustable backrests and armrests and seats with apertures for easy cleaning of oneself. The chair can be easily adjusted to the exact requirements of the individual user either with a supplied electric motor or a manual adjustment which makes showering an experience that is both safe & comfortable.
Electric Motor • Adjustment for sideways transfers & powered raising or lowering at the push of a remote control which can be hooked on the armrest or wall track with supplied wall attachment.
• The Pressalit chair can be easily adjusted upwards by the push of a button while the user is in the chair.
• The heights of the seat and the backrest/armrest can be adjusted separately.
• The motor gives 19.7” of height adjustment within a 24” range.
• The seat folds up easily with the help of a counterbalanced action to an upright position from which it is easily pulled down to use.
Manual Adjustment Pressalit's easy to reach lever lock behind the backrest or seat is lifted while lifting the backrest or seat until there is an audible click. The height of either one can now be set. As soon as the lever is released, the lock automatically engages and the chair or backrest is ready for use at the selected height.
• The armrest’s oval shape gives an easy and comfortable surface to lean and push against.
• The seat covering is soft and slip-resistant and feels comfortable.
• Pressalit seats are available with either drainage channels or an aperture which makes personal hygiene easier.
• The heights of the seat and the backrest/armrest can be adjusted separately.
• The height can be adjusted up to 13”.
• When folded up, Pressalit’s seat & armrests take up minimal space which allows for more freedom of movement.
Manual horizontal adjustment seat with backrest & armrest adjustable up to 13”. When it is mounted on a horizontal track at the recommended height (32”), the height of the shower chair can be adjusted as follows: electric; any 19” range between 6”-30” and 10”-34”; manual;” 13”-26”- measured from the floor to the top edge of the seat.
